Description
I was 100 percent certain that I would get hired for my very first big job ... my confidence and pride were sky-high ... this job was gonna be mine for sure! :-)
So why didn't I get the job, you ask?
Obviously there's only one logical explanation: The dumb boss was a very bad interviewer and a moron for not seeing my great potential to be a super-amazing worker!

Really cool image, Max.
Thanks, Lyla!
I love it. Excellent. - Bob
Bob, I never imagined you'd like this very cold 'non-artistic' image :-)
That's how I applied for my current job.
It has a Norman Rockwell feel to it. - Bob
Yes, I see it now. Especially if I had given it a slightly cartoonish look.
That you for a great laugh....needed it right now :)
I think why your interview failed was you were not a rebel....wearing a suit and tie will never get you that job....oh..I have my glasses on backwards....I get it now.....(slowly walks away from the monitor feeling humiliated)
Love it Max :)
LOL .... but in hindsight, I think I would have gotten that job if I shared the beer and cigarette with him ;-)
I think sometimes I should have try the same style than this guy, I would have more chances to have the jobs lollll
Sounds like a good plan, Caty ... what do you have to lose ;-)
What went wrong, after much attention being payed to this image of a successful candidate, I have arrived at the conclusion that if hired, he would have made an employee of the month In the first month of employment! lol
He appears to have all the first impressions check marks passing with flying colors...he smokes, he drinks beer, he feels comfortable placing his feet on the bosses desk, he is dressed to impress and best of all he does not respect authority or signs telling him what to do...he is his own man.
My only conclusion as to why he did not get the job...the person interviewing him is having a bad day after his wife has just announced to him while he was having his morning coffee, that she met someone online and would like a divorce. in other words...he was at the right place at the wrong time. LOL Great job on this one Max! :-)
LOL ... a brilliant analysis! Probably the best explanation ;-)
ein sehr schöner Render
I'm guessing he needs to apply for "X" number of jobs a week to receive his unemployment and this may answer the mystery of how he's been on the dole for so long.
Now that's a novel theory ... I never thought of that!
