Description
Branded with White Star Line instead of the Titanic with the idea it could be used across all of White Star Liners. The logo was also stamped on mainly the third class dishes to try to prevent theft and was more heavy duty and practical. Second class dishes were at lot more visually attractive but wasn't as refined as first class china. The last image with the almost blank plate, you can just see reflected in the light the original pattern that used to be upon it. First class may have had running water, but you couldn't drink it, thus water was served in glass decanters.
