Hi all and hope your wearing a smile :)
I re-watched the Gorge the other night and wondered if I could kitbash something together in a fan art kinda way and this is the result.
Single render out of Daz and a slight contrast adjust in CS3 Photoshop.

Great depiction of the subject. And I thought that film was quite good.
I loved the fx on this and for a movie of this era I thought they did well without the nonsense you see in all the new and recent D grade hollywood stuff :)

Spooky at times yes...gorey no...just a love story with a great adventure with so very cool creature designs and fx :)

I don't know Daz, but I notice that even for landscapes, he's better than Poser. Really beautiful landscapes.
Thank you and yes...Daz does some things better. I loved Poser and used it for a very long time as I found Daz hard to use but a few years back I gave Daz another try, did a lot of tutorials on youtube and now I love Daz but always something new to learn, everyday :)
