Thoughts on the state of the world. Well, I'm a convinced atheist and have been for a very long time, but... let's just imagine for a moment that there really was such a thing as God. Given what his "creation" is doing, wouldn't he gradually get fed up and pull the emergency brake? One couldn't blame him, especially since the worst characters who make life hell for their fellow creatures like to invoke him and believe they're acting in his interest! This doesn't just apply to Christians and Muslims, but actually to everyone who thinks that giving themselves a religious veneer is enough to get away with anything and go unpunished. So if there were the much-vaunted "divine justice" that treated everyone equally, what might it look like? Possibly something like my scenario.
