Description
Many people spend an enormous amount of time on their PC or tablet.
Just as cell phones tend to make you feel more isolated after a certain amount of time, too much time in front of the computer also carries the risk of neglecting other, more important things (I'm no exception!).
You put off other urgent matters because you completely lose track of time while you're on the computer, and eventually, sooner than you realize, it's evening...
