Description
“Ha, ha, ha, you and me, Little brown jug, don’t I love thee.” The chorus, here, from “Little Brown Jug,” is the only part of the song that I remember my mom singing when I was a little kid. I don’t know why she sang it - neither of my parents drank (they both grew up with fathers that were drunkards.)

What an excellent bootlegger, buddy! My uncle used to drink his beer with a hard boiled egg in the glass. He would drink the beer, then eat the egg. Kind of makes me hungry for eggs. LOL.
Around here, they put boiled eggs into used pickle juice or vinegar and let them set for a while. When I was a kid, we had pickled pigs feet, but I was never around where they were made.
