Description
As Jason approached the light he saw that it was coming from a small house ... a lone rustic cottage surrounded by an endless forest of huge trees.
He got closer, carefully looked around, saw no one, then walked up to the front door and knocked.
After a minute of silence he was about to knock again when suddenly the door opened and before him stood a young woman dressed in a long dark outfit, quietly gazing at him with hypnotic eyes.
"Sorry to disturb you, ma'am," said Jason, "but I seem to be lost."
"You must be freezing and exhausted;" she spoke, "come inside."
"Thank you, ma'am." He stepped inside and looked around at the interesting decor, "You live here alone ... in the middle of nowhere?"
"Most of the time. Why don't you sit down, rest and warm up."
"Thank you, ma'am. By the way, my name is Jason."
"You may call me Damiana."
(I might be taking a break from posting, but I'll try to stop by and visit you all as much as I can. After I re-arrange some of my real-life stuff, I may get inspired to cook-up some new original image-stories:-))

Glad to hear that, Eek!
ein sehr schönes Bild gefällt mir
Thanks, Pauli:-)
Beautiful scene.
Thanks, Lyla:-)
But I suspect there might be more danger than beauty here ... unless I'm wrong;-)
I see a nice red beverage around soon ;) Jason didn't take the good forest to make a hike imo so far
If that red beverage means what I think it means, then you might be on to something:0)
Nothing wrong with this picture.....lol or maybe she really is just a nice person living all alone in the forest...Great series Max :)
Thanks, Steff :-)
I wonder how many people noticed the connection of this Damiana to the one just before this series?
