Description
The pictures are of my front entrance to my apt.
My sloppy and careless neighbors use the entrance to ash their cigarette on a daily basis.
I put up to signs to help prevent the littering of their cigarette butts on the ground. the cigarette sign covers up a big 3 inch black spot melted in to the plastic siding. and lover one also.
I mentioned to them today I was going to the office and file a complaint. They washed it off. the no smoking sign covers up 3 inch melted a
Also they are very sloppy. They have a 🪳 cockroach infestation and I believe the bug spraying will be done today. That means they will most likely filter in my place.
The upstairs neighbors jumped the lease after 5 months. He told me he is getting a lot of them bugs in his place cause of my next door neighbors. So not what will be going on, I hope i don't have to relocate to another building or move out all together.
There is a book I could write about my neighbors with all I had to put up with over the last 2 years.
Too much to rant about.

Cockroach hate JAVEL use lot of javel and they gone move far away from your area (JAVEL,AMONIAC)
research says that is not a way to resolve the problem, only direct contact only. but boric acid water and sugar in a glass bowl is a lot of help. thx MU

I'll share my little secret with you. Roaches don't want you to know this, I might get sued by them LOL Get and empty sprayer bottle and fill it with water and mix it with dishwashing soap Dawn or Palmolive (don't use cheap brands) a few good squirts, the more you add, the better. Spray and soak any cockroach you see with it, give it a few seconds, they'll go belly up LOL What happens here is insects breathe through their exoskeleton, and they're waterproof but when you add soap you break the surface tension of the water and you drown them. Works for ants, spiders, any insects. They die in seconds you spray them with water + soap.
It's safe to spray on surfaces you eat, anywhere really, it's just water and soap...and you can do that TODAY!! LOL
i'm getting a bottle of boric acid with lure it's supposed to work very well. but i will also do that when they start showing up. they put a hold on doing the pest control, owner of the company fired our office staff and is doing changes with companies they use. and heard lots of evictions, hope i'm not on the list since my lease never got prepared yet. maybe one reason why they got fire. they are about a dozen or more waiting the same. thx, Rick.
Supposed to work but it doesn't... just like your No ciggy butts sign. I used to smoke It's been over a decade since I quit. Install an empty pop bottle without a cap and with a little bit of water where you can shove your ciggy butt when you're done with it. They won't have to squish the butt against the siding or worry about settings anything on fire. Be part of the solution not part of the problem. New bottle every other week, show them you aknowledge they're going to smoke but tell them to keep it neat, without telling them.
Put up a sign that says: It puts the cigarette butt in the water bottle where it belongs
with an arrow pointing at the bottle.
at times they squish in the can, and today doing so,
besides, they would end up breaking the glass with their arguments and kicking things around, like the can a few times.

I lived with cockroaches long ago. But never with human pest like here. Wonder how I would react.
