Interesting POV. The dress looks good to me. The shoehorn (? not sure) isn't such a bad answer.
Thank you very much. The skirt and jacket are reminiscent of a Chanel suit with textures that I reworked. The shoehorn is supposed to help extract the lady from this car, it is an illustration of the second-degree expression when faced with a very tight situation: "you would need a shoehorn to get out of it!". The man here is represented from an unflattering angle with his air of not wanting to see, while providing the help of a ridiculous object that leaves the lady stunned.
