I have been amazed at how well G2F in the form of FWSA's Naida works under Iray.
This image my freebie G2F underwater poses, Namtar3D's freebie Underwater HDRI and fish from Shredder's freebie Coral Reef, all available here at Renderosity. I really can't remember about the old boat.
