It's well preserved, and for sure it must catch plenty eyes when it's in the neighborhood.
A few children walked past and just had an good old LOL about the old timer But they made those car with metal now days you could play a game of spot the metal from the plastic Now days all you hear is about the total weight they have reduced, granted those old timers did not have the speed of an jet fighter taking off but they were a lot safer than those low flying jets sorry four wheel death traps of late
Back to the 20ies...on the way to the speakeasy? :)
I thought they came about in the 1880s, I seen a old photo of an French car they had tires looked like they were from a push bike My first car with they save weight mickey mouse type that I brought now that was a LOL One day I thought I would try that spare wheel guess what the wheel nuts would not fit the wheel to the car so I went and asked the dealer about it his answer was I had to buy them so I was sent out with a very dear car and no way to fit the spare wheel
Probably a rift in space-time somewhere in the neighborhood. Be careful
Mind you the metal on that car was clean no rust most cars built now days become a rust bucket with in a few years, to make the roads safe why don't we go back to the days when you had to stop and send the flares up to show that there is a car on the road, or the days that someone had to walk in front with a flag it might have been slow and yes it took time to get from a to b but less people got killed on the roads. why do they make cars that will go two and in some cars up to four times faster than the legal speed on the roads in the land
Wonderful photo - I love to see those old cars!
He said that he brought it back in 1956 that makes the car almost 70 years old how many cars of today will still be on the road in 70 years time
