i discovered after lifting a new set of 12 lb dumbbells when i picked up the delivered package and doing a few reps, i ended up with a double hernia. looks like surgery is in my future, w/o Medicaid i can't afford it most likely under mu Humana plan. not sure how much they cover. so might have to live with it? geez, what next?
