Description
The perfect prison for lifers: branches, intersections, dead ends, stairs, spiral staircases... all ultimately leading nowhere, but it greatly quells the prisoners' urge to escape! There's also no need for guards anymore, because there's no chance of escape.
A prison doesn't have to look like a hundred pigs have been herded through at high speed; no dirt, no vermin, no stench from whatever...
Plenty of time to reflect on the crimes committed.
Even the Count of Monte Cristo would have a hard time with that! :)

Is there such a thing as the Perfect Prison, the prisoners do not want to be in prison, they all think that life is not fair that they should not be locked away
The idea of the perfect prison is posed by the state; decades of (bad!) experiences with long-term prisoners, outbreaks of violence, revolts, assaults on prison staff... all of that would be a thing of the past. I'm well aware that only "innocent" people are in prison... :)
