Memory fails and yet we keep on posting. Touching image.
Thanks a lot
A subject, more and more people are encountering during the process of ageing... Nice work!
Thanks a lot
Sometimes I forget too. Walk back in the room to remember what I went to get. It happens to the best of us. Awesome image.
Thanks and I know what you mean
Great job.
Thanx
Great image. At 30 we may ask "what is the purpose of my life?". At seventy we ask " where did i leave my glasses ?"
Thank you, but now I am 65 and I ask myself: "what have you done in your life"
Your realism is out of this world.
Thanks a lot for this great compliment
This is really wonderful work.
Thanks again
Wonderful portrait, superb rendering and lighting 👍🙋♂️
..and wonderful thanks back
Nice render and sentiment.
Thanks
A bit sad, moving but so well done.
Thank you and yes: I wanted to create a more emotional and sad scene
this really should have more views than it does. you have captured the subtle nuances of loss really really well and it is such an evocative image. specifically, i love how he is more warm in colour while his companion, or memory' is so pale and desaturated in comparison... such a strong narrative and so strongly conveyed
Thanks a lot for these great compliments
oh, forgot to say that that was one of my all time favourite albums for the longest time... i loved the lyrics and mood throughout, but 'Intruder' was just so fascinating... Peter has done some truly incredible music across the years...
I know what you mean, but "the lamb lies down on broadway" together with Genesis is one of my favourites
auh, yes... the carpet crawlers heed their callers / you gotta get in to get out... that song has always haunted me from the first listen decades ago...
Peter's & Phil's voices complimented one another exceptionally well... i've always wondered what could have happened for Genesis had there no been creative differences between them... of course, Genesis & Phil were both had great careers after the break, too...
San Jacinto is another favourite of mine by Gabriel... as well as the soundtrack he did for The Last Temptation of Christ... such a well rounded and versatile artist :))
First of all, thank you... And there are a lot of Genesis songs that inspire images.
Your attention to details always blows me away...superb :)
Thanks for the compliment
Super expression on this guy. He really looks like he is trying to remember but is have a difficult time. Excellent detail and lighting. Great portrait.
Thanks a lot and yes: he wanted really remember
Great portrait. Lighting and detail are spot on, Is it CG or is it a photograph? At this point it doesn't really matter. What's good is just good,
thanks a lot fot this great compliment
