We live in a time of upheaval. Wars are being started that threaten to escalate in ways we can neither assess nor control! We seem paralyzed by fear, remaining rigid when action is urgently needed, and indulging in mutual blame. The Russo-Ukrainian War has now reached western Ukraine, on the border with Poland. Poland is beginning, or at least setting the stage for, a (partial) mobilization. Poland is a NATO state, meaning, if it were attacked, the others, including Germany, would have to provide assistance – then World War III would probably be here. We should remember what Europe looked like after World War II...AND DON'T FORGET IT! This multi-part set is less concerned with the (possible) Third World War than with its consequences.
