....continued from Stranded.
Her eyes grew heavy, her vision blurred and before she could really determine if the humanoid was threat or there to help, she collapsed, her eyes closed.
The Humanoid was not alone and as he scooped her up from the planets surface, more and more Humanoids appeared to take in the spectacle of the flaming wreckage and the creature that came from within it. They had never seen a creature like this before but knew of its existence though stories from others and their previous encounters with a species that can be your best friend or an extremely violent foe.
The Humanoid carried the stranded heroine towards several structures, her future unclear.....

Was amazed at the response I received with my upload Stranded and although I was not going to do any more of this I decided since Starship64 and illkirch convinced me to try for a sequel and here it is, I do have a few more I am playing with and sure they will be here during the week.
These are single renders out of Daz but the first did get a little touch up with Photoshop CS3. The second render, no postwork.

Nice continuation of the original! I suppose the story could evolve into many different branches, and we may soon find out which;-)
I had many similar 'mental blocks' myself, then suddenly, usually during a nap, a new thread to my story would pop into my mind out of nowhere ... and it kept my story going for longer than I ever planned:-)
You are right, it could evolve in many directions and since this story was completely unplanned I had to think and create on the run...never even had time to get to the block...yet...lol

Uh-oh.... The plot thickens. These are really excellent images to continue the story! Do be aware that those "I'm just gonna do a couple pages...." stories have a way of suddenly taking on a life of their own. Trust me on this! LOL
