Then the “gentleman” turned to the young lady in front of him and put on a smug grin, like he was proud of himself. Charles cleared his throat, and repeated his message in a much-too-loud-but-still-polite voice. “Excuse me, gentlemen, you came in the rusty, dented blue truck with the broken window covered with tape, correct?
