More of a joke and certainly not entirely serious, but I couldn't resist!
A homage to the early horror films of the 50s and 60s, in which giant mutated creatures terrorized the Earth, such as "Tarantula" and "Formicula"!
Incidentally, Clint Eastwood made his very first film appearance as a fighter pilot in "Tarantula."
