i might not be here much longer because of my apartment complex has been lacking on completing my new lease. i applied for in opn April 17th and they keep giving me the run around on it. my rent is on autopay but the payment has been rejected twice now.
so on that note i most likely will be a homeless person. the chance of me finding a low income rent place like this is very little. if nothing happens by the 10th of June i will be out and living in my car. so very depressed mega lots.

It's so sad to hear the news about your living apartment arrangement, as it doesn't seem fair that so many individuals are being subjected to the same issues you are having with management.
I can only hope that you and the managers of your apartment reach some type of agreement that benefits both. I am hopeful that you will persevere in finding an answer to your living arrangement soon Steve as the alternative is not a desirable outcome my friend.

It does sound like the landlord is trying to be rid of you. It might be illegal. Please check with your local mayor's office; and don't phone, go to city hall and ask to speak to someone with authority. Tenants have legal rights. Please learn what yours are. And my very best wishes for a positive outcome.

That's a horrible situation you're dealing with! I'd contact the City Council there in CS and let them know your situation. Sounds like the management is playing games. See if they have any advice or if there are assistance groups you can contact. Hopefully you and your management can work this out. Got you in my prayers, buddy.

Beautiful work with the light bulbs, it's like fog moving through the background.
As for that rent issue, that sounds fishy to me, hopefully you can get some legal help to sort it. If you do lose the place though, hopefully you can find some others to room with? I know some people did that and actually were able to lease a house together and they got way more space and facilities, etc. than they could on their own and it a really nice neighbourhood too.

Hi, very nice render and pose :) I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you that there is a solution! As far as the management goes, I really hope that they can still get rid of their fat. Because everything you do has consequences. At some point, they too will be caught. Often a door opens where you never believed that it would always remain closed.

I remember the song being used in "Breaking Bad" (for the blue crystal meth in the show). I love how you used light bulbs for your main motif here. They really work here---they're great design shapes, and they suggest crystal because of their glass. Love how the model tilts everything---her guitar and her mike stand---in opposite angles. The speaker is a great balance to the image (and it has a light bulb on it). Another creative piece from you, steve, in deep blue-green tones throughout...and the choice to clothe your model in black was perfect.
