A little reluctant, but Spock won't take no for an answer... This reminds me of "Johnny got his gun" by Dalton Trumbo. They showed us the original movie in school; I was horrified, and it ended any thoughts I had of joining the military.
When doing this all I could thought about was the horror he must of felt by not letting him die and force to live like this
