HEH, funny you mention that, I actually did witness a squirrel attack a cat once - didn't have my camera but it was a very unusual thing to see! (and the cat as you can imagine was very surprised)
The real funny thing is with the squirrels is often when I point the camera at them, they often freeze or stop moving as much but then when I pull it away again, they'll take off running. Not sure what they make of it but they seem to think it is safe to run when the camera is no longer on them but not safe to when it is.
Maybe they think its a giant eye of a predator sizing them up or maybe they just want you to capture their best side...who knows...lol
