A good, civilized and honest shop should give you a loner car when this happens --- but in this case that customer is much better off stuck right where she is til morning. She doesn't realize how lucky she is!

I think if those are actual angry customers outside just waiting to go inside, my advice will be to not open the doors under any circumstances! Sometimes it's better to wait safe inside for the part to arrive than to be met with angry zombie customers waiting for the doors to open. How the delivery person will deliver the auto parts is another story on its own. lol
