Description
Hello :)
Hope your having a great time.
This was fun to make and in my mind still an almost completed WIP.
Would love to say this is a straight Daz render but alas it is not. Was going great with this until I got to carried away and Daz stopped rendering the single image all together so, I rendered the top half, then the bottom half and assembled in Photoshop CS3. Would like to something even bigger than this in the near future.
Hope you enjoy and thanks for dropping by, appreciate it and peace :)

a glimpse at earths future?
Sadly I think your right.
Thanks for dropping in :)
Holy snap! This puts all my old space-ports to shame!
As for straight renders, most of my recent images are a clunky combination of several different images and/or many layers of stuff, all squished down to one layer. Bottom line for me -- the end result is what counts; how you do it is a distant second.
Those were fun days for me back when I was using Poser. I would do up to 30 layers or more to create what I imagined but your right, as long as you get the final cut, thats all that matters in the end :)
Thanks for dropping in :)
Wow! you should work for ILM. I can hear the sweeping soundtrack swelling in the background. Your work is inspiring, and a fav. for me.
Thank you so much and as for ILM....maybe next year ... lol
Epic.
Thanks for dropping in :)
Wow this is an incredibly large and epic scene. And scale and complexity of the details and the grandiose cinematics are impressive.
Took some time and a lot of play. So glad you liked and thanks for dropping by :)
This is fantastic work!
Thank you very much :)
excellent
Thank you :)
Super...but I think it's time to buy a more powerful machine !
Saving for that day of PC upgrades :)
Thanks for dropping by :)
Awesome
Thank you :)
Wow. Lots of nice details in this. And beautiful atmosphere work! Too bad Daz render this in one but looks great, wiouldn't have known if you didn't say :D
Thats the trick, blending those pesky layers...lol
Thanks for dropping by :)
Nice work.
Thank you :)
Wow...this is an amazing image before my eyes Steff! I can easily imagine attempting to do something similar in an animation but my PC would most likely choke and refuse to render such an action packed scene like this one. The atmosphere you have established in this one is very cinematic and worthy of being a cut scene from a sci-fi blockbuster movie. :-)
Those are some very kind words and as far as rendering an animation, I would press the start button and a plume of smoke for ascend from the corner of my room for sure....lol
Thanks for dropping by :)
I is amazing how you make these images that seem to go on for miles, so vast and huge. So much detail and activity. Outstanding sci-fi.
Thank you very much and wanting to do more of these bigger scale scenes in the near future :)
This huge Space Port is truly impressive and bustling with activity. I also agree with JohnnyM's comment on the cinematographic quality of your superb composition here. Well done !
Thank you very much and I do try to capture that big screen feel in a small space and awesome when it pays off :)
You have created a wonderfully busy space port!
Now if someone could only show me the exit I would be happy...lol
Thank you :)
Magnificent Gem, Mindblowing Masterpiece of Finest Arts. I love it!😊💝🥰
Way too hot, though.., weta would be proud of you.
Wow and thank you for the high praise but not quite there yet :)
Super Sci-Fi !
Thank you :)
Sensational sci-fi scene!
Thanks you :)
Nice work... yes, some times our visions are more that DAZ Studio or Poser can handle. I've had to break up some of my work into partial renders as well.
So true and breaking the scenes down to render can be a chore but gotta work it however you can to get there :)
Thanks for dropping by :)
Always stunning work.Wonderful sci fi image!!👍🙋♂️
Thank you :)
Very cool work !!!
Thank you very much :)
The detail in this is next-level! Really beautiful! The busy atmosphere, the fantastic (as always) lighting, and the massive sense of scale are amazing. The big ship dominating the sky reminds me slightly of Star Trek: Voyager. Minus the nacelles, it has a similar size and overall shape. Love it!!
Thank you very much...have been trying new things with scale and really wanting to get more into that cinematic feel for this type of render :)
Thanks for dropping by :)
