BTW, I still have a pinched or 'messed-up' nerve in my lower back from decades ago and couldn't walk for a week, but i figured out how to manage it quite well by lying down and stretching-out every day several times a day.
The pinch is gone but i had several flatten disks so i will, exercise. thanks
