Description
Trompe l'oeil, French for "fool the eye", is an art technique where realistic imagery creates optical illusions that make painted objects appear three-dimensional. It aims to deceive the viewer into perceiving a flat surface as if it had depth and dimensionality.

I remember seeing photos of such street art many years ago.
yep me too, they were done in chalk. I was watching the artist lay in his image in the front of the mall movie entrance and it began to rain before he could finish it. He had already seen the movie of the scene he was depicting.
These are just fantastic! This is an example of the best use of AI - I spent a long time looking at these - they're all wonderful!
