The set is based on a wishful thinking: a world in which rapes, murders, kidnappings, and other crimes that terrify people do NOT occur on a daily basis. At least for me, it's the same: with age, a certain need for peace and harmony in everyday life arises, so the images are certainly somewhat idealized...
