"No kill this one," the grating voice pleaded. "Help this one!"
Surprised that the hideous creature spoke to her, Laura lifted her energy pistol away from creature. "What are you?" she wondered aloud.
"Was human," the thing grated. "Now am Decessus."
Molly's art notes: Set up and rendered with Poser 13.3.1037 using the Superfly Cycles X rendering engine. Laura Lightspeed is based on Laura PT, a third generation DAZ mesh. Decessus is the creation of Summoner65. I have been setting up a place in the Mollyverse for this retro sci fi space girl.

Eh, dang! I had decided not to have her point the weapon and the way she is holding it I guess it's not obvious that it's Coflek-Gnorg's pulp sci fi pistol. >.< Thanks for the comment and it's given me more food for thought regarding posing. XD

Thank you, I agree. The content I have purchased from Summoner65 is the most nightmarish in my Poser library. I recommend his stuff if you like to do horror images. =)

Thanks, Rod. I don't often have occasion to use Summoner65's monstrosities but there's no one else who's so good at providing nightmare fuel! XD Of course, being the kind of story teller that I am, despite Decessus' disgusting appearance I tried to make it a somewhat sympathetic character; or, is it darkly deceitful? YMMV. =)

Wow!! I should have known that would be a Summoner figure. LOL They can be creepy or beautiful but always eye catching. Fantastic image :)

Thanks for the comment! I have to admit that most of Summoner65's stuff IS pretty creepy. It's in a class by itself for quality. He's always been a Poser guy but is lately making things for DAZ Studio. Hopefully he will continue to create for Poser, too. =\

Thanks, as always, for your comment, my dear! I saw Decessus as the result of an experiment by an evil scientist. Of course, Laura Lightspeed is there to save the day and maybe give a more normal existence to the piteous creature. =)
