I've been meaning to explore the filamant toon in DAz for a while but never managed to get round to it till now. Thisis very much WIP, as its a steep learning curve and quite unintuitive in places, but even from this quick attempt I can see that it lends itself to toons where you dont need tons of detail... and its quick too. This little "hello" from the toonified version of "the Specialist" from my Skytown comic tok less than a minute to render (12 frames)...thats approximately 30 times faster than if i had to do the same in iray!
...slight drawback is DAZ renders animations in AVI, Rendo only acepts MP4, so its a larger file and loses some sharpness in the conversion.
