Description
Inspired by the new Coflek Gnorg product "Prowler", the rover on the right. The rover on the left "Mule" is also by Coflek Gnorg. I am visualizing a dispute between the drivers. Recently I was reading about existing space law, most of which was written in the 1960s when this type of situation was very hypothetical. Most of the Outer Space Treaty consists of vague aspirational statements, but doesn't cover specifics like this situation.
