Captain Mitchell sat center seat of the massive bridge. All about him, ship operations were coming on line. "Main ship operations at capacity, Captain." The young helmsman glanced back with a broad smile on his youthful face. "Thrusters at station keeping." Mitchell ordered evenly. He pulled at all his control to remain composed before the crew, even though the launching of this new vessel stirred a deep excitement in every fiber of his being. "Clear all moorings." "Dock Master reports all cleared for departure." Came the response of the communications officer to his right. "Confirm." Mitchell drew a long slow breath. He glanced slowly, swiveling from one side to the others as he glanced around the bridge. All systems were now up and fully operational and manned. All the young eager faces turned towards him and then the main view screen. He sighed softly. "Thrusters easy ahead." He commanded, trying not to sound too proud. "Thrusters easy." The Helm responded. "Aye, Sir."
