Description
While still in Vellari space Shadow and it's crew sniffed-out several more worlds touched by Vellari, one of them being of particular interest as it appeared to have held a large and quite advanced civilization over a century ago.
With the aid of her droids and probes Polaris discovered millions of humanoid skeletons and destroyed robots scattered among the ruins. From one of the buildings, likely a library, she also managed to recover some historic data which spoke of a war where the robots struggled to protect the population against alien invaders but did not succeed.
Before heading home Polaris received a call from Dorothy, "Polaris, on your way back can you stop by that colony visited by Vellari 2 weeks ago. And be careful, something there seems off."

Fantastic and a little scary view here - superbly done! Those Vellari are some nasty customers, it seems.

Yeah ... things ain't looking good... I'm scared too :( A nasty and tough situation seems to be facing humanity... looks like Dorothy was right all along.

Too bad not a robot was still in 'good shape' to be fixable and maybe to give more infos to Polaris. Here too Mother Nature has well taken her advantage since.

Actually Polaris was able to retrieve some very useful historic info from the old library where some of the data survived.
