Update: I went back & worked on the lighting & I could never get a render that I was really happy with. I moved the doll to a different place of the background & the updated one came out better but I'm still not that happy. I have come to the conclusion that the background & the doll are just not compatible because the doll's skin tone blends into the background colors & if I get the background where it's not so bright the doll blends into that background & I want her to stans out against the background. I think the plan is I start all over & use a new background environment so stay tuned.

Very nice. May I point out that the scene is too bright, washing out the vibrant colors in the background and the outfit. I would prefer shadows to create some contrast and accentuate the model from the background.
Thank you for your comment. I was not that happy with this render, so I have worked on the lighting today & I even moved the doll to a different location in the environment & got a better render, but I am still not happy. I have decided the skin tone of the doll is too close to the color of the background to make this look right.
Try playing with depth of field. Your busy background competes with the figure. Reducing the brightness improved the render.
