Yup, a house like that would make a nice cozy home for a big family, as long as you keep it properly maintained and have enough firewood for your cold winters.

LoL ... Some of the best times we ever had was when we came in from the cold snow, fired-up the wood stove, and within minutes the entire cabin warmed-up nice and toasty!
