Description
Originally an idea of mine, developed as a comic to annoy white racists: a black, attractive woman, the rest of whom is white...including her hair.
Nothing came of the comic itself, but the idea itself had been in the back of my mind for quite a long time - so I developed the "General" and dedicated an entire set to her... :)
