I put in a rush into my contractors to build you a VIP hobbit house, Johnny. I know Nanothect said he would build you one (since max claimed the duplex) but you know how busy he is killing bad guys in far off lands. So, until he can build you one, I hope one of these suits you. :-)

Wow...this is one awesome looking house you designed! This home looks very luxurious with all the amenities that anyone who visits will find to their liking. It may soon be time to invite everyone to come join in the open house that will be hosted with plenty of home made chocolate muffins and cakes that I plan to acquire from Max. I hope he doesn't mind baking another batch for this special occasion! lol

You have to see which house Johnny may want, then the other two are left to choose from. Why only want one room when you can have a whole estate? For chocolate muffins every week for two years. Deal??? lol

Here was me thinking I'd build Johnny a VIP home equipped with a massive 4ft x 4ft pigpen! Oh well all academic now...Sob!
I'm off to sulk now...and contemplate how I'm going to scrape together enough turnips for a 1% deposit...
