Have you found that doing these landscapes is sort of like taking a trip (vacation) there? - Bob
It certainly awakens a desire to see places like this in the real world. The problem is that the innocence and originality of such landscapes is lost as soon as they are developed for tourism - there are plenty of examples of this, unfortunately! So I limit myself to dreaming - that doesn't hurt anyone, least of all nature.
I know what you mean. I saw the Mayan Pyramids before they became so commercial. Now they have colored lights shining on them and a show on the site. Kind of degrades the accomplishments of the Mayans. - Bob
