Description
This is another version of a previous one. Little later, and longer exposure. I have a few more of these Skyline photos; hope you don't get too tired of them?

Koyaanasqatsi :) How long was the exposure? I like how the streetlamps in the foreground "star". Neat.
oooooooh- trail lights, always attracted to them, like a moth...reminds me of my mushroom days- oh, i'm all responsible now :)
love those trails of the headlights and tail lights . cool shot.
thz great, how do you do that? i got a pic in my gallery is similar to this one, but even i am the artist, but i don't know how can i do that.
Thanks for the nice comments! As I remember, the exposure on this was about 20 to 30 seconds. Fuji Superia Realia 100. The aperature was small, f/22 maybe. [That gave the difraction stars in some of the lights. I tried several variations, while freezing my butt off on friend's balcony. I did need to adjust curves and levels quite a lot in Photoshop, but really did not "cheat" too much. [For those interested, there is a nice tutorial on low light photography over in the Forum Resource area. The folks over there always welcome questions.]

I like the purple lights next to what appears to be a bay or lake. Why purple??
