Making it hard to choose which one to be on even though they seem to be headed in the same direction!
Well at some places it's close enough together to walk on both, so you don't have to choose >:)
I think its kind of a "Berm", a lower Part to secure the upper! Its plastered for darning it easier, when the wild River made Mischief! :)
That's likely :) There's quite a few areas along the river that have to be reinforced to keep the banks from eroding too much during spring thaw :)
