Great POV! In this diorama, you have really captured how much they are all straining to move the gun over this rough terrain.
It's the way I've put these figures in position. The pose they had already in the frame out of the box. So I had to fix all the parts together, glue, paint it and make the mountain, then place it in position. You well described the result. About I am very satisfied.
