Well, I have to say the shape is considerably off. The nose reminds me of an F-4. The aft section appears too bulky. Weel, I guess the pictures of the real thing are out there. Still, nice to see an attempt at the workhorse of Route Pack VI.

Regarding the shape of the fuselage, I, too, have long felt that the canopy was too low. Now that you have pointed this out, I have looked at it with particular attention to the side view. As you stated, the nose and rear of this model seem to be too thick. In addition, the shape of the air intake also gives me the impression that it is very different. However, it is an assessment of VanishingPoint's manufacturer's product.
I am a bit disappointed, but still this product is my favorite. I would be happy if VanishingPoint, the seller of the product, would make a new model, but I do not know. It seems to be quite difficult to modify the shape.

I build the Tunderchief. What Vanishing Point is presenting is not a proper Thunderchief shape. The shape is odd. It's not that difficult to make a proper shape if you have the blueprint in the background. I don't know how he makes his models.
