Hi and hope your all kicking back and smiling :)
After doing the 1st in this series (Inspired by kalebdaark) I have had this urge to create a desolate location with an Oasis that is the hub of those that do not get to live in the Elite's part of town and do not lay awake counting their worthless coins at night.....us commoners have a things called hope, happy and the barter system...lol
Anyway, politics aside, my muse wanted this so here it is and hope you enjoy.

Awesome scene looks fantastic! I specially like how you positioned that half buried police car, the police won't be responding to any calls for assistance to any crime in progress! "lol" I better save a few bit coins so I can rent in the more elite part of town in the distance! :-)
