Many years ago I knew a lady called Miss B Whiteside she used to stand on the road side of my home town and sing her songs. She would never have got a vote for her sweet voice and she knew people made fun of her For maybe two years I worked in a bar lodge she would walk in on an Friday and Sat night Young people would ask her to sing the song in the title. There was always another lady with her most nights but she would quite often fall by the way side she did like her drinks and would spend the money she made from doing things for the men who quite often forgot they were married. Funny we seem to have a lot of men with funny ills in and on their bodies in certain parts but to tell the truth she had a heart of gold I have been around for 74 years but those two ladies I still remember It is so sad that people look down on on Miss B mate after all it is us men that make them the way they are.. if you read the Bible look and see how little is said about women EVE gets only a few lines look how long women where not allowed to vote did you know that it was in 1918 that an woman was allowed to work as an Doctor on an ward in the Hospitals stand up women take your place in the world with out you we would have died out many years ago Sorry but is is such a sore point with me!!!
