If his sister is "Rambo as a chick," this guy is like my version of "Snake Eyes" from "G.I. Joe." Except that he's not disfigured or mute, and his costume is more outlandish since as his codename implies, he's all about that patriotism and nationalism while being a super-ninja soldier. Even though the siblings were orphaned at a young age, and became wards of the state while being sent to a military boarding school, I'd like to add that they are both originally from Washington, D.C., the nation's capitol. It is also not said who their parents were, but it can be assumed that they must have been important individuals within the government, and or military, to warrant having their children get the special tr4eatment they did upon their passing.
