I love it. GREAT idea and the black background is perfect. Just a minor quibble, The top of the rain cylinder is visable. Would it be possible to raise it into the clouds? This would make the image perfect.
Good point - I did this some time ago, but I think that anomoly is caused by shadow- I think the cylinder does in fact extend into the cloud. I'll have to dig out the .br file and fix it!
