The only means of saving Ukraine is the one thing Western leaders are too terrified to contemplate: Intervention. They are letting Putin intimidate them in the same manner that Hitler did when he annexed Czechoslovakia. I do not believe he has the courage to use nuclear weapons, but he is increasingly desperate. Losing this was will mean the end of his regime and he knows it. So he makes vast but ultimately idle threats. Joe Biden is not John F. Kennedy.
