Is the figure behind her a surprise, an unknown and unexpected invasion of a peaceful moment, or is it something expected she has been waiting to appear? A tense moment either way. Excellent.
I looked at it as she was in the dark and unaware of the dark entity behind her. This is the moment just before she realizes that it is there.
