Hi and I hope you all well :)
It recently occurred to me that although I thought I was pushing my graphics card it turns out I wasn't pushing hard enough. I was so used to my old system and lowly GTX970 I was playing it safe I guess until I saw some recent, awesome scifi cityscapes by POser4me using a GTX3080. I always wanted to try those scenes and having a GTX4080 I knew it was time to try.
This is my 1st attempt at creating something in that style, a little rough, didn't quite capture the wow factor but it is a start :)
I used - Greeble city blocks (Poser) had to redo the window textures for lighting as models didnt seem to have a light source.
Sky Traffic (Poser) - Dominator Dropship - Stormfall Fighter Jet - Sky Traffic (Daz3d)
Full scene, atmosphere rendered in Daz, Photoshop for minor postwork.

Hey this looks out of sight great. I love what you did with the greeble windows they really look updated to a futuristic look. Wow you have inspired me to try this too, and the different lights coming up from the streets below. If we are not careful we are going to surpass what we see in the movies :-). I love the atmospheric feel as the view goes off in the distance just as it would be. And the lines of ships traversing in the sky, chef's kiss. I know this must of rendered fast with the RTX 4080, hopefully Santa will stuff my stocking with a RTX 4090 if I've been good this year, we will see. Excellent work I can't wait to see what you come up with next.

Getting the windows and red blue building lights strength was painful for me...lol and as for the scene going on and on I did a little trick for that. I used end of road mirrors (they are semi-transparent) from GIS skyway and sized them to create a box basically then put a couple of building outside the box.
I also used Gis Skyway dome and cloud plane and a HDRI map. (GIS Skyway is a Poser prop I got back in 2012 when I was using Poser 7)
Setup and re-texturing took me about 8-9 hrs and scene rendered in 12mins...lol

Oh, the hustle and bustle of the mega gigantic city. You would probably be lacking for nothing, except for maybe clean air, fresh water and some quiet solitude. lol Super looking POV and atmospheric lighting.
Only place she finds solitude is on that rooftop but even then she is not as alone as she would like to be :)

this is what they were hinting at in the seventies about 2000. I think they missed a little bit. lol. I like this one a lot. just wish i had the flying car they promised us. lol
