Description
Tech shuttles were a bit heavier design. Especially shielded to protect and secure the delicate instrument components from detection of radio frequency damage and unwarranted attention from nosey sensors.
There were no delays or hold overs once they departed; their path was a direct line to the starbase or one of the adjacent ship yards.
