They found a very different civilisation - very advanced - more advanced than your one now.
And at that time Mars was inhabited; another very advanced civilisation; until their final wars destroyed all life there.
[This is the image I meant to post earlier. Thought I was stymied - and then remembered I still had PoserPro2014 in the Apps folder and the licence had been permanently activated by SmithMicro.
Took me a little while to recall how to use it, Poser 11 being so much simpler!
So Panic over, now I wait for the ticket to be sorted out; I just hope sometime Rendo will permanently activate my Poser11 licence!]

As a kid I remember reading about "Chariots of the Gods" by Erich von Däniken. It's so strange to me then...but all the new things being discovered (e.g. Gobekli Tepe, etc)...it's no longer quite so unbelievable....
