Melancholy Mood by ladylake
Hi, from South Texas.
I like to swim, play cards and play on this computer with all sorts of programs. I am also an avid reader, mostly fiction.
I am glad you stopped by.....hope you will take time to look at my gallery. As a side note, I am honored to have been chosen as Artist of the Month for December 2022. Thanks to all that voted.

My friend, your images, besides being very beautiful and pleasing to the eye, are incredibly creative. Congratulations!!!

wish i could accomplish beautiful renders like this in poser. love your artistic style. all 4 are stunning.
Agree with helderres, I see many Influences over Continents and Time, but worked into something new. The Theme is inherited in Mankind. But because going through is always a growth in Personality and Humainty, a Gain in the End, although this may sound unbelievable!
Thanks for your thoughtful comment. Appreciated.
Wonderful characters...Exceptionally crafted!!Great work Lyla👍🙋♂️
Thanks a lot, Saby.
All are beautiful, great work.
Thank you.
All great, I prefer #2 !
Thanks, water.
I wrote a short story recently and in one of the scenes, a young woman plays guitar at a high-falutin' official function. It's a sad song, leaving even tough & hardened people wistful (the song is It's a Long Road from First Blood). This would work quite well for an illustration of the young woman, Angela Katt.
Thank you for the comment. Where might a person read your story?
She looks more alluring than sad to me. But either way she looks beautiful. Very finely crafted.
Thanks a lot. Appreciate the comment.
Very beautiful from 1st to last. Stunning work :)
Thanks, Steff.

In the new year I'll be putting them on Amazon self-publshed for Kindle.
Here's a snippet:
The evening was starting to down. The second-to last number was a slower cool-down, as Angela Katt took the stage to play the guitar. She was pretty, though not as overwhelmingly stunning as her two sisters. But her gift was a keen mind, filled with talent. She began to pick the delicate notes and was accompanied by a lone trumpeter as she sang “It’s a Long Road”, the lyrics of which brought some to wistful tears, something that would be the talk of the town for years to come.
Garrett got himself a drink as Dr. Cindy Wong casually walked up to him. They both looked over to a group of prominent young men and women, with Samantha at the center, laughing and chatting. Cindy gestured briefly towards Samantha and the small circle. “That one is kind of like a little girl that’s seen way too much. And in the girl world, attention is the coin of the realm. Negative attention is silver that tarnishes quickly, but positive attention is gold. For what it’s worth, I think you’ve made a friend.”
Thanks for the reply.
